Requests are not confirmations

Sending the online form gives us a booking request. Your taxi is only confirmed when a member of our team has spoken with you by phone. If you have not heard from us, please call 0420 462 722.

Urgent and same-day travel

Online requests need at least 60 minutes notice. For urgent travel, please call rather than using the form. Text messages and websites can be delayed.

Fares

Fares are set by zone and apply from 1 February 2026. Each fare covers the first passenger; add $1.00 for each additional passenger. A $2.00 surcharge applies to all fares on public holidays.

Changes and cancellations

If your plans change, please call 0420 462 722 as early as you can to cancel. There is no cancellation fee.

Accuracy

Please give a phone number we can reach you on and an accurate pickup location. We may decline requests we cannot safely or reasonably fulfil, and we will tell you if we do.
